1. Purpose

These GTC define the rights and obligations of the seller and the customer within the framework of the sale of decorative products offered on the Passeport Cases website. The products sold are exclusively decorative wall clocks inspired by watchmaking designs. They are not affiliated with or manufactured by luxury brands.

2. Products

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the site, in accordance with Article L111-1 of the Consumer Code.
Images and colors may vary slightly depending on the series.
The products are not:
– watches,
– official accessories,
– functional or technical copies of registered models.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including tax.
Delivery charges are specified before order confirmation.
Prices may be changed, but orders are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of validation.

4. Payment

The order is confirmed after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

Served areas: worldwide delivery.
Average times: 7 to 21 business days depending on destinations.
Delays may occur in case of:
– customs,
– logistical disruptions,
– peak activity periods,
– force majeure.

If the package is declared lost, a reshipment or refund will be offered.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days after receipt.

Return conditions:
– Product intact
– Product unused
– Complete original packaging
– Return costs borne by the customer
– Reimbursement of costs if proof provided

No return is accepted without prior request to customer service.

7. Legal warranties

Automatically apply:
– Legal warranty of conformity (2 years)
– Warranty against hidden defects

Not covered are:
– misuse
– product modification
– shocks and intentional damage

9. Liability

The seller is not responsible for:
– indirect damages,
– delays attributable to carriers,

As the products are decorative, any misuse is solely the responsibility of the customer.

10. Intellectual property

The site and its content are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction is prohibited.
The products are not affiliated with any brand.
Any visual reference is strictly decorative.
