Refund policy

At Passeport Cases, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we explain below how to make a return or get a refund.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French and European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay penalties.

2. Return conditions

To benefit from a return, products must be:
– Intact 
– Unused and undamaged
– Original packaging is not mandatory

⚠️ Any return not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Note: No restocking fees are applied.

3. Eligible items and exceptions

– All products sold on our site are eligible for return, including those on promotion or discount.
– No item is sold under “final sale” or non-refundable conditions.

4. Return fees

– Return fees are initially the customer's responsibility.
– However, if you provide a proof of shipment with tracking (La Poste, Colissimo receipt or other carrier), we will fully reimburse the fees within a maximum of 14 days after return validation.

7. Refund

– Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 30 days.
– The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the order (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, bank transfer…).
– The refunded amount includes the product price and, if applicable, the return fees if proof is provided.

8. Deadlines and legal exceptions

– The mentioned deadlines may vary depending on carriers and periods of high activity.
– Products damaged by the customer or not meeting return conditions will not be refunded.
