– Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
– Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

2. Delivery Areas

– We deliver worldwide, with no additional fees.
Delivery is free for all our customers, regardless of the destination country.

3. Shipping Methods

– The majority of orders are shipped via our partner dropshipping suppliers.
– In some cases, orders may be sent directly from France via La Poste or a local carrier.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Europe, North America, Middle East: 7 to 14 business days
Other regions (South America, Africa, South Asia): 7 to 21 business days depending on local customs procedures

⚠️ Delivery times may vary during peak demand periods or due to customs inspections.⏰ Please note: they can extend up to 21 days during high activity periods such as Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, Easter or summer/winter sales.

5. Customs and Taxes

– Some countries may apply customs fees or import taxes.
– These fees are the responsibility of the customer and depend on local legislation.
– Passeport Cases is not responsible for delays caused by customs services.

6. Tracking and Lost Packages

– Each order is sent with a tracking number accessible online.
– If your package is not received within 30 calendar days after shipment, contact us.
– In this case, we will resend you a new package free of charge.
