Shipping Policy

We ensure deliveries throughout France.

It is important to note that some shipments may not have a tracking number, depending on the value of the order and/or the shipping method chosen.

Depending on the products ordered, your package may be shipped from warehouses located in Europe, America or Asia.

Additionally, items may be sent in one package, or multiple separate packages depending on the shipping warehouse.

We undertake to process your order within 24 to 48 working hours after receipt of your payment.

The estimated duration of transport varies between 5 and 20 working days after processing your order.

However, please note that exceptional circumstances may result in longer delays.

Our policy states that if your package is not delivered within 60 days of ordering, we will resend it for free or give you a full refund. However, such cases are extremely rare.
